Community Services
EightCAP Community Services offers financial assistance to eligible households struggling to cover essential needs. Our Community Resource Specialists are available to listen, answer questions, and connect you with helpful services in your community. If EightCAP cannot fulfill your need directly through one of our programs, we will work to point you in the right direction.
Applications are required for emergency assistance, which may include help with utility bills, deliverable fuels, security deposits, and other basic necessities depending on available funding. Apply for Emergency Assistance here:

Assistance programs each have their own eligibility guidelines, and available resources may change based on funding. Please note that some documentation will be required to complete your application.
