EightCAP has offices in each of our four-county region (Ionia, Montcalm, Gratiot, and Isabella). Each office is staffed Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Please click on the appropriate page to see office addresses.

Applications are required for emergency assistance with items such as utility bills, deliverable fuels, security deposit, and other basic needs depending on funding. Community Services also coordinates the Commodity Supplemental Foods Program for seniors. Click here for the list of distribution sites and requirements.

Community Services provide financial assistance for eligible persons. Eligibility requirements vary by program and programs change based on funding sources. If you are having difficulty meeting financial obligations for basic human needs, please do not hesitate to contact us.

EightCAP is only able to provide assistance to residents of our service area. However, if you reside in Michigan, but outside of the EightCAP service area, you can find your local Community Action Agency by clicking here for the Michigan Community Action Directory. 

Our Community Resources Specialist are also great resources and can connected you with resources in your community. If we are not able to fill your need directly through one of our programs, we will work to point you in the right direction.
