Isabella County Community Services
Community Services serves those experiencing poverty by advocating for and minimizing barriers for low-income households, educating the community on the struggles faced by those experiencing poverty, and empowering individuals and families to become self-sufficient.
Applications are required for emergency financial assistance. The applications are available online. Paper applications are available at each office as well. After the application has been verified as complete, a Community Resource Specialist will reach out to you to schedule an intake appointment.

DIRECTIONS
FROM WEST:
Travel East on M-20 towards Mt. Pleasant. Turn LEFT (north) into the Strickler Center parking lot just past South Adams Street.
FROM EAST:
Travel West on M-20 towards Mt. Pleasant. Turn left onto N. Mission Street/Old US-27 (Pass by Hungry Howie’s Pizza on the left). Turn RIGHT onto E. High Street (which is also M-20). Turn RIGHT into the Stricker Center parking lot after you cross the Chippewa River.
FROM NORTH:
Travel South on US-127 to exit 144. Take US-127 South to US-127 Business loop/N. Mission St/Old US-27. Drive South to E High Street and turn right (which is also M-20). Turn RIGHT into the Stricker Center parking lot after you cross the Chippewa River.
FROM SOUTH:
Travel North on US-127 to US-127 Business loop to E High Street. Turn left on East High Street. Turn RIGHT into the Stricker Center parking lot after you cross the Chippewa River.
